Palletized Loading Method – Option 1 (120 KG Drums)
This loading method is designed for safe handling, stable stacking, and optimized container utilization, particularly suitable for long-distance sea transportation.
Loading Arrangement:
- Drums are arranged in a 3 × 3 configuration per pallet
- Each layer consists of one pallet followed by one layer of drums (“pallet + drums” stacking method)
- Pallets are evenly distributed inside the container to ensure load balance
Handling & Securing:
- Each pallet is wrapped with stretch film and secured with straps
- Forklift operation is applicable for efficient loading and unloading
- Pallets are fumigated wooden pallets compliant with ISPM 15 standards
