This loading method is designed to maximize container utilization while maintaining safe handling and load stability through optimized pallet configurations.
Different pallet sizes are used to efficiently fill container space and minimize void areas.
Loading Arrangement:
- Drums are stacked in three layers per pallet
- Pallets are arranged strategically to ensure optimal weight distribution and container balance
- Mixed pallet sizes are used to fully utilize container dimensions
Handling & Securing:
All pallets are wrapped with stretch film and reinforced with straps
- Suitable for forklift handling
- Pallets comply with ISPM 15 standards (fumigated wooden pallets)
