Palletized Loading Method – Option 3 (100 KG Drums)
This loading method is designed to enhance cargo stability and reduce load pressure through a 2+1 layered pallet system, while maintaining efficient container utilization.
Different pallet configurations are applied to optimize space usage and minimize void areas inside the container.
Loading Arrangement:
- Drums are stacked in a 2+1 layer system (two full layers with one top layer)
- Pallets are arranged strategically to ensure balanced weight distribution
- Mixed pallet sizes and configurations are used to fully utilize container space
Handling & Securing:
- All pallets are wrapped with stretch film and reinforced with straps
- Suitable for forklift handling
- Pallets comply with ISPM 15 standards (fumigated wooden pallets)
